User ID is your NPI and Password is your Medi-Cal Provider PIN
User ID is your NPI and Password is your Medi-Cal Provider PIN
User ID is your Submitter ID and Password is your Submitter Password
User ID and Password are assigned by the other intermediary
Possible causes for Login failure:
- Must have an active NPI
- Must not be strictly a rendering NPI
- Must have a Medi-Cal Point of Service Network/Internet Agreement on file
- Passwords are case sensitive

The Medi-Cal Provider website performs nightly maintenance between midnight to 2 a.m., and extending to 6 a.m.
